Bradford Council is undertaking a Health Needs Assessment for Learning Disabilities in Bradford and Airedale/Craven.

This is designed to help the Council understand the needs of people with Learning Disability and their
Carers, as well as how to best use the resources available to meet these needs.

As part of the process, Dr Andrew O’Shaughnessy, Consultant in Public Health is running some focus groups for people with Learning Disabilities and their Carers. This will involve people responding to a number of questions and discussing the
implications of these.

If you would like to be involved in this
process then please do attend and have your say.

Sessions are:
Wednesday 15th August 2018, 4 — 6 pm
Friday 17th August 2018, 2 — 4 pm

Both sessions are taking place at
