Mental wellbeing means feeling good – about ourselves and the world around us, and functioning well.
This week the Social Skills group in Bradford are tackling a subject that we can all feel difficult to discuss at times – Mental Health. As a group we understand Mental Health issues will impact on all of us at some point in our lives and that we all deal with life’s challenges in different ways.
Today we took some time out to reflect on the things we value in our lives and gave thanks. It was lovely to see that both our members and staff team share similar values.
