As part our “wellbeing-being well” project in Leeds we have being participating in acts of kindness. Doing good deeds for others improves relationships and increase your own self-esteem! The social skills group decide to visit the ‘Pay as you feel’ café. Our members said: “I enjoyed eating at the café, it is a friendly environment, I felt welcomed and the food is lovely. This was a good experience”.
