World Food Project: Friday cookery and budgeting workshop
Last Friday was Italian Day! We had a fun time make pasta bake!
Part of the activity involved budgeting skills; we bought ingredients from the shop and calculated our budget from the money collected from people purchasing their lunch for that day.
Staff showed us how to notice when pasta is cooked properly, this is called “Al Dente”.
