Keighley Hub

Bringing adults with autism together

A service for people with autism

The Keighley Autism Hub is a weekly informal service, funded by Bradford Council.

At the Autism Hub you can get information and guidance from our experienced staff team and share experiences and coping strategies with other adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition who live in the Keighley district.

Here you will have the chance to learn more about your diagnosis and learn social and communication skills, coping skills and strategies to help you get the most out of life.

Thursdays 1PM to 4PM – Central Hall, Keighley

What will happen at the Autism Hub?

We know everyone with autism is different, so we help people to learn new skills in different ways. The topic for each session is decided by the people who attend, and we can also invite guest speakers.

At the Keighley Autism Hub we can help you with:

Confidence building

Understanding Autism

Friendships and building social networks

Supporting each other, sharing skills and experiences

Learning new skills

Signposting to other services

Preparing for employment

And a chance to talk through any personal issues you may have.
