Step 1
Download Zoom
Please choose which device you will be using for Zoom, as the instructions are different for each device. Apple includes iPhones, iPads, and Macs. Windows is for laptops that are not made by Apple. Android is for anything else.

- Open the Play Store
- Search for an app called ‘Zoom Cloud Meetings’
- Tap ‘Install’

- Search for an app called ‘Zoom Cloud Meetings’
- Tap ‘Get’ to download Zoom.

- Click on this link to download Zoom
- When the download has finished, open it and install Zoom
Step 2
Join a Zoom Meeting
If you receive a link from us on your phone or email, click the link. This will open your Zoom, and join the meeting. You might be asked to enter your name, however, everything else will happen automatically.
Step 3
Using Zoom
Upon joining a meeting, you might be asked to ‘Join with audio’ – tap this so others can hear you.
If you are using a phone or tablet, you might receive a message asking you to allow Zoom to use your microphone and camera. Allow this to happen so that you can take part in the meeting.

- The mute button will turn your microphone off so no one can hear you, you can then press the button again to let others hear you.
- The start video button will turn on your camera, so others can see you, you can then tap it again to turn your camera off, so no one can see you.
- If these buttons disappear, tap the middle of your screen once.
- Tap the ‘More’ button and then tap Chat to send typed messages.
